You'll own features end-to-end across our client projects — from data model to UI — and pair closely with clients during scoping. We ship on Next.js, Node, and Postgres most often, but the stack follows the project, not the other way around.

• 4+ years building production web applications
• Comfortable owning a feature from architecture through deployment
• Has shipped and maintained at least one project past the initial launch
• Writes code other engineers can read without you in the room
• Comfortable talking directly with clients during scoping calls

You'll design interfaces for real, scoped client projects — not concept work — moving from wireframe to shippable design system in days, not months. You'll work closely with engineering, so an eye for what's actually buildable matters as much as visual taste.

• 3+ years of product design experience, portfolio required
• Experience designing for web and mobile
• Comfortable in Figma and handing off to engineers directly
• Can explain a design decision, not just present one
• Bonus: some HTML/CSS fluency

You'll build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring for a rotating set of client projects on AWS and GCP. This is a contract role with the possibility of converting to full-time.

• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP in production
• Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines from scratch
• Can explain an incident postmortem clearly to a non-technical client
